There is no resource more critical than people when executing plans, realizing goals and achieving objectives. That is why PilotFish has invested in the development of a system and process we refer to as the PilotFish E-Source Management System (E-Source).

1. E-Source allows client companies to request resources electronically by phone, fax, e-mail, or from the PilotFish Web site. Requirements are specified including technical expertise, business knowledge, experience, work site location and compensation.

2. These requirements are posted to our database. PilotFish will then match the requirements against our repository of screened resources and initiate a search for qualified candidates. We work with PilotFish partners, industry contacts, and utilize specialized Internet search engines to find the right resources for you.

3. Because the process is automated, in many cases we can provide qualified resources in a matter of hours from when the request is received.
