XCS Industry Interfaces

Many interfaces to third parties have already been developed including MIB, parameds, lab reports, MVRs and DTCC.

XCS Industry Interfaces:

• Comply with the ACORD TXLife standard
• Are already built, tested and implemented.
• Save you up to 95% of the development, management and maintenance costs.
• Support interoperability

Some of the pre-developed industry interfaces include:

MIB - The MIB is phasing out support for MIB-TERM, MIB-COMM, FAST-TRACK and MIB-LINK/Plus. WEB-DIRECT will be the preferred replacement for system-to-system connectivity. WEB-DIRECT employs standard HTTP Internet protocols and ACORD TXLife transaction formats.

For many, communicating with trading partners using ACORD compliant XML is a relatively new challenge. Fortunately, PilotFish Technology has experience working with MIB and can take what may appear to be a daunting task and make it simple and quick. PilotFish is a Certified Alliance Partner with the MIB and has already built, tested and implemented the new ACORD XML MIB request and response.

Parameds, Lab Reports and Motor Vehicle Reports - The major providers of paramedical services, Lab Reports and Motor Vehicle Reports are at different points in their adoption and use of ACORD XML standards to communicate information. PilotFish has successfully developed and implemented paramed, lab report and motor vehicle report ordering from most of the major providers using their specific format, transport and encryption. As the providers migrate to the ACORD standard, the interfaces can be reconfigured in a matter of hours.
