XCS e-Apps provides end-to-end support for the electronic application entry process:

• Automatically transforms application information to ACORD compliant XML. This simplifies instant transmission of the information to all of the participants in the new business process. Distributors, the home office and third parties such as DTCC are all updated instantly.

• Supports application entry whether or not the agent/broker is connected to the Internet. It allows collection of the application information for submission when it is convenient.

• Allows companies to use the actual application forms already filed with the state. Electronic versions of the forms (“fillable forms”) are created that allow direct entry of application information.

• App entry forms are presented in exactly the same way the agents/brokers are accustomed to, virtually eliminating the learning curve.
